Birth Announcements and Newborn Photos

A very dear friend of mine recently gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Joseph Anderson Cool II.

I was lucky enough to capture some photos of him along with his mommy and daddy.

He sure is precious.

 

I just love capturing parents with their new bundle of joy.

You can see the love spilling over.

 

I also designed a birth announcement for them. 

I love the more simple look and feel of this design.

Baby Shower Invitations

Oh my gosh...it has been too long since I have been on here.

School and our little girl keep me very busy. 

I was lucky to be asked to design a baby shower invitation 

for one of my dearest friends who I have known 

for many many years...since Kindergarten to be exact.

She is a wonderful friend and I am so excited 

that she will soon be welcoming a baby boy into their family.

Stevens Point - Family Photo Session

Chalkboard Birthday Posters

Birthday chalkboard posters are all over the internet and have become very popular this past year.

I made one for my daughter this year for her first birthday. Everyone loved it! 

This is such a neat idea to share what has happened over the year with family and friends. 

 I think you could do this at any age.

This is the poster I made for my daughter.

 

I made one for a friend of mine as well. 

They wanted different things on their daughter's poster, so I changed the format.

I don't know about you, but I love wine! 

I am also falling in love with all these ideas with chalkboard designs.

Friendship

My friendships are so important to me. I have lots of friends, but only a handful of those amazing friendships. As a woman and a mother, I think it is important to have those friends who will stand next to you through the good times and the rough times. We all need that support once in a while.

Recently, I celebrated a birthday with a close friend of mine. I have been loving these chalkboard designs lately and I wanted to design something for her.

Here is what I came up with...

I framed it with a black frame, but I think a white one would have looked better.

I wanted to play around with the design, so created another piece. 

It is the same saying, but a different design. I am not sure which one I like better.
